Delivery
Agent Mentor is a digital product. A unique download link is delivered automatically after payment (usually instantly).
Refund period
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. This follows the minimum refund period in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Request it through the Paddle receipt you received at checkout, or write to [email protected].
When we refund
If your download link is dead, your key doesn't work, or the product fails to install because of a fault on our side, write to [email protected]. We will resend the link or refund you in full.
How refunds are processed
Paddle, our merchant of record, processes all payments and refunds for this purchase.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits any statutory consumer rights you have, including EU buyers' statutory withdrawal rights, which Paddle handles in its checkout flow. Under EU rules, once you consent to immediate delivery and the download begins, the withdrawal right for digital content lapses.
